1. Information we collect
Case information: wallet addresses, blockchain networks, transaction hashes, incident narratives, screenshots, supporting documents and other case-related material you submit.
Account and contact information: name, email address and other contact details supplied when creating an account, submitting a case or purchasing a report.
Payment information: sender address, amount, time and transaction hash generated by USDT or other crypto payments. We do not store private keys, seed phrases or wallet credentials; blockchain transaction records are publicly visible by design.
Automatically collected information: IP address, browser, device and aggregate usage data needed to operate the site.
2. How we use information
- Perform blockchain tracing and generate case-analysis reports.
- Operate, maintain and improve the service.
- Communicate about cases, accounts and support requests.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- At your request, connect you with an analyst or help organize material for law enforcement, counsel or financial institutions.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Automated and AI-assisted analysis
The service may combine submitted case details, on-chain data, blockchain analytics tools and third-party APIs with AI assistance to produce preview or full reports. A human analyst may review or supplement the result. We do not use case data to train third-party AI models without your consent.
4. Third-party service providers
We may use blockchain-data providers, cloud hosting, crypto-transaction verification and internal workflow-automation services. They receive only the information needed to perform their function and are expected to follow applicable data-protection requirements. We do not sell personal information for marketing purposes.
5. Law enforcement and legal process
We disclose case information to law enforcement or other parties only at your explicit request or when legally compelled by a valid subpoena, court order or other lawful process. Where legally permitted, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of a request for your data.
6. Public nature of blockchain data
Wallet addresses, transaction hashes and transfer amounts are independently recorded on public ledgers and may remain public. Reports may reference this public data. This policy governs personal information provided directly to us; it cannot alter information already public on a blockchain.
7. Cookies and usage data
We use cookies or similar technologies for core functionality, preferences and aggregate usage analysis. Browser settings can control cookies, but disabling some cookies may limit features.
8. Data retention
We retain case information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support an investigation you initiated and meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations. When a case is closed and no lawful basis requires continued retention, we delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period under a request or our retention schedule.
9. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, particularly for sensitive fraud-related case data.
10. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information and to object to certain uses. Contact us using Section 13. Data required for a legal obligation or an investigation you initiated may need to be retained.
11. International transfers
Information may be processed or stored outside your country. Where applicable law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards.
12. Children
The service is not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect minors’ personal information. Contact us if you believe a minor supplied information.
