Name, email address, and any other contact details you provide when creating an account, submitting a case, or purchasing a report.
**Payment Information**
When you pay to unlock a report or request analyst services, payment is processed via cryptocurrency (USDT) transactions. We do not store your private keys or wallet credentials. Transaction records (sender address, amount, timestamp) are inherently visible on the public blockchain and are not “private” in the traditional sense — see Section 6.
**Automatically Collected Information**
Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected via cookies or similar technologies (see Section 7).

## 3. Automated & AI-Assisted Analysis
Part of our case analysis is performed using an AI-based analysis agent, which processes the case details and blockchain data you submit, in combination with blockchain analytics tools and third-party data APIs, to generate a preliminary and/or full trace report. Reports generated through this process may be reviewed or supplemented by a human analyst, particularly for the Analyst Review tier of service. We do not use your case data to train third-party AI models without your consent.
## 4. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on third-party services to operate the platform, including but not limited to:
– Blockchain analytics and data providers (to trace and attribute on-chain activity)
– Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
– Payment processing / cryptocurrency transaction verification services
– Workflow automation tools used internally to process submitted cases
These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are expected to handle it in accordance with applicable data protection standards. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
## 5. Sharing With Law Enforcement & Legal Proceedings
Given the nature of our Service, you may request that your case report be prepared for submission to police, regulatory bodies, or legal counsel. **We will only share your case information with law enforcement or third parties at your explicit request, or where we are legally compelled to do so** (such as in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other lawful legal process). Where legally permitted, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you if we receive a legal request for your data.

Please be aware that blockchain transaction data (wallet addresses, transaction hashes, transfer amounts) is inherently public and permanently recorded on public ledgers, independent of our Service. Our analysis and reports may reference or reproduce such publicly available on-chain data. This Policy governs the personal information you provide to us directly — it does not, and cannot, apply to information that is independently public on a blockchain.
